Can't create new articles

Hey, I'm trying to create a new character page for Phil Plait, and when I go to hit submit, I'm presented with a _double_ captcha. Providing the correct answers to both captchas and hitting submit just presents me with _two new_ captchas, thus preventing me from actually creating the page.

Note: I can edit existing pages just fine.
