Votey
Explanation
In the comic, a lone skull is depicted as sitting in the middle of a desert, with the caption transcribing dialogue of a person stating they do not feel like getting pizza for dinner (presumably coming from the skull in question). It is generally taken for granted that skulls, when removed from a human body, and thus deprived of the organs needed to produce speech, cannot do so of their own volition; as such, this constitutes a marked subversion from what one would ordinarily consider skulls to be capable of. This is further highlighted by the fact that the skull is in a desert, where, presumably, its former owner passed away of dehydration.
This is, all things considered, not a particularly funny punchline, which is highlighted by Zach's retrospective votey.
Transcript
[The top half of a human skull is depicted sitting in a desert at night. There is no sign of anything living around.]
Caption (presumably being spoken by the skull): "You know honey, I really don't feel like getting pizza again tonight."
