[[Wikipedia:Lamaze_technique|Lamaze] is a technique intended to help expectant mothers prepare for the process of childbirth. It is unclear why Todd would have taken a Lamaze class, but presumably his jealousy was about an inability to give birth due to his lack of a uterus. He is implied to have overcome this jealousy by taking comfort in the fact that his penis allows him to pee standing up, something more difficult for those without one. In contrast, at a disability conference this would be a bizarre and possibly insulting thing to say to people who may be unable to stand at all.
